We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our growing team. As the heartbeat of our customers' experience, you'll cultivate authentic, personalized connections while ensuring our ORESTA shop embodies the elevated experience our customers expect. As a key member of our small team, you'll wear many hats to ensure all essential tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• passionate about clean beauty, holistic skin care and empowering women to embrace their natural beauty.
• a charismatic self-starter, personable, with good time management and impeccable customer service skills.
• available to work full-time, Tuesday through Saturday

Ideal Qualifications:

• minimum 4 years retail sales and management experience
• minimum 1 year management experience
• impeccable customer service and sales skills with the ability and desire to foster and grow client and community relationships
• computer proficient. Experience with Canva, Shopify and Klaviyo is an asset.
• strong organizational and time management skills
• polished and professional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is an asset.
• experience in clean beauty and wellness is an asset.

This is a full-time position at our Glebe location.

Start Date: May 2024
